Customer PS System Integration engineer

As a Customer Professional Services engineer, you will be part of an elite team responsible for integrating our solution into a customer’s ecosystem. You will have excellent customer fronting skills and work with their security, system, and data teams to understand requirements and implement the most unique solution out there. If you are intrigued by technology and are passionate working with customers, we may be just what you are looking for.

Responsibilities
  • System lead for our company – manage the PS lab, and authority for integration capabilities (example – ESXi, Database servers, Data sources like Splunk, ELK, LDAP, Hadoop, etc.)

  • Work with the customers to understand their infrastructure and how we fit in.

  • Perform installations and upgrades with the customer.

  • Provide 1st level support for POCs

Requirments
  • Linux skillset – Operating system, tools, installation and basic admin.

  • Scripting capabilities – linux tools

  • Excellent people skills – the position will be representing our company to the customers

  • Task and deadline oriented
