Account Based Marketing Manager

Marketing - Full time

TrackerDetect is looking for a Manager, Account Based Marketing. This marketer will operationalize a scalable, multi-channel marketing motion to expand pipeline and accelerating close rates.

The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics from a list of key accounts. This role is data-driven, and involves the continuous testing of campaign success.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals

  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics

  • Develop new structures and automation in Hubspot

  • Develop and manage channel partner marketing

  • Deliver account research and analysis, as well as multi-touch attribution reporting

  • Develop compelling ABM programs (1:1/1:few ABM) that successfully engage target Enterprise accounts moving them effectively through buyer’s journey to drive pipeline and revenue

  • Build and scale ABM programs ranging from hyper-personalized to programmatic.

  • Play a key part in the development, execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns while joining with marketing operations, events, product marketing and content teams to coordinate touch points across your campaigns.

Requirments
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • A team player who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously

  • Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot preferred)

  • Ability to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking

  • 2+ years of digital/field marketing experience in B2B SaaS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Hands-on experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account based ads, direct mail, social network targeting, etc.

  • You’re inquisitive and innovative. You have a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth.
